Support Forum vs. Email

I usually don't use forums as a support tool.

Should I use the forums or send an email to support?

Yeah i know what ya mean. I usually dont use forum supports when on other sites but you can sometimes find your answers faster via a forum then by sending an email.

If you send a message via email support there is usually a queue before your question(s) gets answered, but if you really need a fast answer and its something important then email support i think is best cause someone from a support team will look over your issue if your Priority is set a Urgent.

If your sending out emails to the support with questions like for example "How can i edit my html layout?" that will take longer and they will most likely send you to the forum to post questions like that in the future. :)
