Changing mail notification default

lol me again and again and again.....

I have a few things here.....

1 - how can I set the mail notifications as ON for the default and let the members turn them off if they don't want to receive them.

2 - I must have done something or turned off the welcome message that shows up in their inbox after they signup. I don't know what I did but it's no longer showing up. HELP! LOL

3 - also is there a way that we can change the date format to 09.30.2004

Regarding 1 and 2 you can download this "signup" mod: http://www.phpfox.com/download/signup_mod.zip
1. There isnt and option to turn them on, but with this mod it will be turned on.
2. Welcome message in inbox, we have made a fix for that.

This .zip includes index.php which is located in /signup/
Note: That that is the original signup script, and no mods were add to this one, so if you added the state and city mod it wont be on here. I you have the city and state mod installed on yours, then just get back to me and ill get you that one with this mod included.

Regarding the date format, did you mean at a specific area of the site or every location on the site?
Cause the date will have to be changed in each part of the script.
Get back to on this, and if where you would like the time formated changed.

Yes, I did have the city and state on the old one. I also had it set to default to US....thanks for you help and I must ask...do you EVER SLEEP? lol

Thanks, worked great! Just on more thing and then I'll leave you alone for a few days :P In the FUN area is there a way to set the popup window to be a bit bigger for the games? Have a few games I'd like to add but they will require a bit larger screen on the pop up window...thanks again...

Regarding the pop you can download this: http://www.phpfox.com/download/fun.zip
Thing is there is a default size for the width and height, so once changed all the popups will be set to that size.
The zip includes index.php which should be placed in the folder "/fun/"
Open up the index.php and you will find this on top:

You can change the width and height to what you want the default size to be.
At the momment there isnt a fix to have a set size for each item.

I am using 1.6.20 and that signup_mod link doesn't work. How do I default all email notifications to on? Also, how do I edit the welcome email? Thanks a lot.
