Mass Email Setup?

Does this have to be enabled or configured to use?
I sent a few and noone got any

This should be ready to use in the admin panel.
Do you get any errors when sending a message?

Are you sending each message one by one to a user or sending out many at a time?

Last be sure that the:
"/admin/email_text.txt"
"/admin/email_title.txt"
files have full write permission

Well, when i try one member at a time using the provided variable of
{%USERNAME%} for example {%Greg%} or {%GREG%}
I get Invalid Username. Please try again.

when i do an all members
it says messages have been sent when it fact they havent :(

I tired 10 at a time, all at once
all chmoded 777

Ok, i think I have this issue handled.
If you can confirm that the email being sent from admin, goes to he users
email address they used upon signing up, not thier inbox in their member's mailbox. Is this true?

:D Yes, thats correct the mass emails are sent to the users email address which they added upon signup.
