User page basic template?

I would like the user page template to match the site if the user does not make any changes.
Is there anyway to match the site default template to the user page default template
until the user changes it? Right now the user page is really basic unless they do something
and it doesn't match the site at all.

Any files I can mess with to change it easily?

If you want to make changes to template, there are 2 files that need to be worked on/changed.
1 is the profile_css.php which the css layout of the profile.
2 is the setting_design.php which is the source for the "Design My Page" area.
Both files are located in "/inc/new/template/"
If you open up the profile_css.php their should be info on each item that can be changed, im sure youll get the hang of it. :D
