For music, go to http://www.hotcodez.com. They even give you the codes to add. I've been adding videos for the past hour!

Some provide the source, For flash/videos you have to get the direct link to the .swf file to be able to add in your admin panel.

but it says I need to use .swf file. I have no clue what that is and how to use it.

LoL Drew need to browse more the internet, http://www.musicvideocodes.com/ was good in it time bot not anymore, i think that site was sold for 250.000.00 to the bolt.com people, i saw when the guy was selling it in a webmasters forum!
